Mental Health Parity Act Regulations and Latest Healthcare Reform Guidance
We all could use a “Mental Health Day”, to keep track of the latest regulations-but this will only take an hour!
The Program will review regulations issued under the Mental Health Parity Act in February 2010. The regulations are applicable for plan years beginning on or after July 1, 2010. In addition, there will be a review the most recent guidance under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act concerning provisions of the PPACA that apply now and for the next plan year beginning on or after September 23, 2010.

Mr. Brand practices in the area of employee benefits law and related retirement and estate planning considerations, and in the area of health law compliance for health care providers.
